Anyone who knows me and has spent time around me knows that I
like to spend some of my spare time cooking.
So it is only natural that I have perfected some recipes which
I would like to share with you.
The thing that you need to remember is if there is an easy way
to do it then I have found it. My motto for food is simple but good.
I don't like to use artificial products so things like margarine are out
replaced with good old fashioned butter, but there is one thing I use because of
the results and that is sweetener.
Measuring is another thing that I tend not to do - so my
recipes are rough guides. At the end of the day it is consistency and
taste that I am after. But I will try and give you a best guide. I
trust that you are a capable cook and that you will understand that the only way
to create an item of food is to taste and test as you go along. |
