Our aim is for the feel of a neighbour looking in on your property while you are not there. To tell you of any problems that may arise and to deal with them quickly and efficiently, so you and your guests have a carefree vacation
We want to be as invisible as possible, so you hardly know we are there. To give the impression the fairies have been in and tidied your property after each use. We treat each property as if it is ours. If something needs doing, we get it done, with as little fuss as possible
We realise the importance of budgeting for your Spanish property, that is why at all times we are cost conscious without cutting any corners. Where possible, we use local tradesmen. This enables us to give something back to the community we live in and at the same time we utilise the knowledge and discounts they receive from local suppliers
Based in Caleta de Velez adjacent to the Baviera Golf Course in Velez Malaga, we cover the whole of the coast from Malaga to Nerja. We offer a complete maintenance package for your home on the coast. From changing a lightbulb, to landscaping the grounds, we are here to be the eyes and ears for your Spanish investment and ensure it grows in value
