1) Key holding
As Key holder we can react promptly when required. Security encrypted and logged. Your keys will be made available on request to visiting guests or tradesmen
2) Inspection & Reporting
Visiting your property twice a month, a monthly report will be sent to you:
Visual inspection on all aspects of the property
Check all appliances, snaitary & electrical equipment, plumbing, security systems, lights & locks
Check for pests & vermin
Check & empty post box, either to forward or fax
Air all rooms
Prices
Standard 1 bedroom apartment or house:
700€ per 12 months
Per extra bedroom: 50€

We are offering a 15 month contract for the price of 12!
Also in every month that we are contracted to clean your property twice, you do not pay for that month’s inspection. If your property is rented twice per month throughout the year you will not have to pay ANY inspection fees

Activate Air con/Heating where

Provide basic provisions if required
4) Departure Service
Strip beds and launder
Full clean of property
Dispose of rubbish
Turn off electrical appliances & hot water
Close shutters
Clean Terraces
Launder towels
Clear fridge of perishable foodstuffs
Our aim is to provide a complete service within a strict budget. We will keep "extras" to a minimum and as near to cost as possible. We are your eyes and ears for your Spanish property and will treat it like we own it
